Nomination and Donation Rules/Guidelines
Things to keep in mind with your nomination.
#1 Nominated organizations should be dedicated to helping protect the world’s
water including: oceans, lakes or rivers.
#2 Organizations should be directly
performing the work and should not
be an agency or a lobbying group.
How will the selection be made?
#1 All nominations
must be submitted by the end of business on
December 31, 2022.
#2 Early in 2023, DASH® will survey everyone who filled out the form plus our current customers to determine which organization should receive our donation.
Each person will receive one vote. The organization receiving the most votes
will be chosen to receive the donation.
#3 The final donation amount will be based on product cases sold and invoiced in the calendar year 2022. Our donation will be sent to the organization during the first quarter of 2023.

*No purchase is necessary to submit a nomination and there is no prize or compensation provided to nominators. Nominators may be associated with the organization
they are nominating if that relationship is non-financial and disclosed during the nomination process. All nominations must be received by 12pm Central U.S. time on December 31st, 2022 to be considered. DASH® reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the contest for any reason or in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond our control impacts or corrupts the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the contest. Nominations may be disqualified for any violation of the terms or intent of the contest.
DASH® reserves the right to determine the organization that will receive the donation and the donation may be dependent on the charitable organization’s acceptance.
The donation is not an endorsement nor meant to be a recurring contractual relationship with the recipient organization.
